PUBLIC RELEASE: Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) 2026-2027 James Rushton Early Learning Center participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), a federally funded program administered by the United State Department of Agriculture (USDA). The program provides nutritious meals and snacks to eligible children and adults enrolled in participating care programs. Meals Available to Participants: Meals and smack are available to all enrolled participants at no additional charge, in accordance with CACFP requirements.  Participation in the program is provided without discrimination and without regard to race, color, national origin, sec (including gender Identity and sexual orientation), disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity. Non-Discrimination and Civil Rights: JRELC complies with all applicable federal civil rights laws and USDA non-discrimination requirements.  Program participants and member of the public have the right to receive information about the CACFP and its benefits without discrimination. Individuals who believe they have experiences discrimination in connection with USDA program may file a program discrimination complaint.
